1P won't unlock or let me change vaults on 3 of my units.

Tried to delete and re-install but starts again the same way. I had a lot of trouble when I first had to start using the web site to store my data. Changed passwords several times. I tried old passwords but no luck. there are 3 units involved 2 iPhones and one old iMac that uses firefox because it can no longer upgrade the browser.

    Thanks for confirming! To get a sense of what could be going on here that's keeping you from unlocking 1Password on your old computer or phone, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    I can access the web site and the main computer but not on old computer or 1 cell phone
