1P7 for Mac - iCloud vault opens up but in read only mode

Hi My mom is still on 1P7 - the Mac App Store version, when she opens the app she sees all the data, but can't modify any record and can't create new ones. Any idea why? Tried to reinstall th...

Hello @guyrozendorn! 👋

Does your mom have a 1Password account or has she previously purchased a license for 1Password 7 for Mac? If it's the latter than the Mac App Store version doesn't work with licenses however she can switch to the website version which does work with licenses: How to install the 1Password app from 1Password.com after installing it from the App Store on your Mac
