1Password 7.8 non iOS 15 the 1Password Extension Missing In Action

I upgraded to 1Password 7.8. I am on iOS 14.8 and I noticed, no more share sheet, for 1Password 7.8. Where has the 1Password Extension gone to? Not in Edit Actions … All my devices are at iOS 14.8...

I've had my own problems with Password AutoFill in the past and the 1Password Extension Sharesheet always worked reliably. I still have occasions when Password AutoFill isn't working properly.
