1Password 7 iOS Stuck but 1Password 8 iOS is OK

Hello wkleem! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! 1Password 7 hasn't been updated in some time and is no longer supported. I don't think that anyone from our team has formally tested Duo with 1Password 7 for at least a few years. My recommendation is that you exclusively use 1Password 8 going forward. 

Reinstalling the App doesn't Reset. It should have gone back to entering my Account info.

Try removing both the 1Password 7 and the 1Password 8 app from your iPhone at the same time. When you reinstall 1Password 7 you should see that the app has been reset. However, before proceeding, make sure that you have a copy of your Emergency Kit, that you know your account password, and that you're signed into 1Password on another device and see all of your items there.
