1Password 8 desktop app won't unlock

Recently the 1Password 8 Desktop app on macOS has stopped accepting my master password, but I have not changed my master password.

The password works in the Safari extension, I've turned off 'Connect with 1Password in the browser', and I've checked that my password works to unlock my vault on the 1Password website.

OS Version: macOS 12.6

    Sorry to hear you've had trouble with this. Double-check that you can find all the items you're expecting when you sign in to 1Password.com before proceeding any further. Assuming you can, follow the steps shown in this article to reset 1Password for Mac so that you can sign in again:
