1Password 8 Integration Alfred Workflow

Perhaps this is a question for Alfred, but as the 1P terminal is used, I thought I'd start here. I have run the workflow in Alfred and all is well until I am asked to enter the password for my acc...

I have tried to run the workflow again, but the option "to sign in and set up your account" is no longer shown. I deleted the workflow and imported it into Alfred again, but still no luck. Do you know if there's a way to go back to square one?
