Was prompted to upgrade today. Like the Mac app, this has got worse.
My chief frustration has added steps in. Auto fill on websites require the pop up then the click to confirm, whereas 7 dropped...

@CaspianNova, Why exactly should we give the developers a break? We’re actively paying them (via the now forced SaaS subscription model) to make a product for us; as such I expect a good product, not one that is riddled with bugs and missing features.
I understand that 1P8 is a complete from-the-ground-up rewrite, in large part to unify the codebase across student platforms. Such a goal is admirable, but when your customers are actively paying for your product, maybe release it when it is actually ready for prime time. As it stands, 1P8 is a muddled mess of missing features and bugs. Had AgileBits continued to support 1P7 while they continued to beta test and refine 1P8, we wouldn’t be in this situation. Instead, the development team chose to release an unfinished product, while simultaneously dropping support for the well written and well designed 1P7. So I ask again, why should we be giving them a break for such an absurd decision?
