Appreciate the info here, I'll add you folks as impacted users. Our understanding so far is that this is exclusive to Chrome, but if you're noticing the same behaviour in another browser please let us know.

Ideally generated right after you notice the bug. I'll post an update here once we have something to share. 🙂
