1password 8 mac off appears offline

I'm getting the little red cloud icon with the slash through it, indicating that 1password is offline. When I click it to try to reconnect it just says its offline. I have internet and everything els...

    RESOLUTION: I was logged into multiple 1password accounts. One of them had been disabled for payment and that was causing this whole error. 1Password support helped me in diagnosing this.

    I really wish the app would have told me such, or at least marked which account was offline.

I do NOT see an "Offline Items" in the sidebar.  I don't block any outbound traffic (this is a home office network).  I even tested using a VPN to rule out my local network.  Same problem.  

I am able to login via the webUI.

Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
