Hi @jason_k and 1P_Tommy:
thanks for pointing me to the word list at Google, I've also found it by grepping around inside the 1Password.app. "aardvark" did the trick. :)

The word list is available via a Google search. https://1password.com/txt/agwordlist.txt Hopefully, that helps out. 🙂

Sidewinder — I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the wordlist itself, since it's technically part of 1Password ... but if you're handy with command-line tools, the raw data is plainly embedded within one of its internal libraries. Grep around inside 1Password.app for the first word, "aardvark", to find it.
I count 18,147 full words. If you care, there are also 10,121 word fragments that are used when "full words" is turned off. (There's also a list of around 10,000 words that likely represent the vulnerable passwords from previous breaches. These are really fascinating for different reasons but not relevant to your question. 😉)
If you're curious about the general flavor of these wordlists, 1Password's public GitHub repo contains what appears to be older versions of these lists: https://github.com/1Password/spg/tree/master/testdata
The main difference I see is that potentially offensive terms have been removed in the actual app (hooray).

Hi Jack_P_1P:
thanks a lot for your reply.
Actually, I just wanted to do a quick inspection of the wordlist out of curiosity for the words included and I am also interested in the number of words in the current wordlist to better estimate entropy when choosing the necessary minimum length for newly created memorable passphrases.Sebastian

Hi Sidewinder:
Great question. The memorable password list in 1Password 8 is included in the application itself, and isn't available on disk. Is there something specific about the word list that I can help you with?
