Hey Groovylein!

I cannot find the quick access option to turn on and off.

We recommend using the command+shift+space shortcut to open Quick Access and then using the same shortcut to close it. You can try it a couple of times to see if it helps.

Any other suggestions to get 1password running with brave browser?

Do you also use the extension in Brave, or do you only use Quick Access to fill there? Please let me know.
