This is the biggest pain point in 1Password 8 for me as well. CMD + Option + F is a pretty inconvenient keypress, the 1Password 7 behaviour where the search does real-time filtering on the entire list is far more preferable. Maybe a toggle in settings to allow that to be the default behaviour for those who prefer it?
