If you'd like a short-term solution to the issue you mentioned, I'd suggest trying the "find" feature, which was recently introduced. You should be able to get this by pressing ctrl + alt + f on your Windows device when 1Password is open. Let me know if this proves suitable for your use case and dealing with those items!
