Thanks for giving 1Password 8 a spin and sharing your feedback.

If you're looking to grab information from a custom field using Quick Access, you can do so by pressing ⌘+O once you've highlighted your Day One item. A small window should open, and you can copy your app password for Day One from there. I've included a short video below that demonstrates this:
