1password App keeps stopping on Chromebook

I am using 1password on Chromebook (Acer Spin 713) All was good until about a week ago, when the app window collapses as soon as the app is launched. The operating system is aware of the failure ...

Thanks for confirming that. Could you gather some logs and send them over to us? Here's what to do:

  1. Open the Files app by pressing Shift + Alt + M (note: this won't work if you're in a Linux app)
  2. Choose "🐧 Linux files" in the sidebar under "My files".
  3. Click the ⋮ three-dot menu in the top-right corner and turn on "Show hidden files".
  4. Double click the .config folder, then 1Password.
  5. Right-click the logs folder and choose "Zip selection".
  6. Email the resulting zip file to support+forum@1password.com and you'll get a reply from BitBot containing a conversation number, which looks like [#ABC-12345-123]. Paste that conversation number here and I'll be able to find your email to make sure it goes to the right team.
