Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the problem you encountered with 1Password in the browser. I've done some testing on my end and have been able to recreate the same issue.

I've filed an issue for our development team to determine whether we can improve how 1Password interprets these websites. In the meantime, I recommend using the Autofill button in the 1Password extension pop-over to fill in your details.

  1. Navigate to the website.
  2. Click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
  3. Click the Autofill button.
