I'm sorry that you're both also running a similar issue. Can you both try the following: 

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password app.
  2. Tap the account/collection icon on the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Autofill.
  4. Tap Display autofill prompts then tap Below the fields they relate to.
  5. Open your device settings, then tap Apps > 1Password > Force Stop.
  6. Reopen the 1Password for Android app


Do autofill suggestions or the Open 1Password button appear below the log-in fields for websites after you try these steps?

Hi 1P_Dave​, thanks for replying. The issue has stopped happening for me. Interestingly, the issue persisted on this site (1Password.community), but after restarting Chrome (in addition to following your instructions), it started working for me. 

I also switched back to showing suggestions in supported keyboards, and it is working again with that setting too.
