I'm sorry that you're both also running a similar issue. Can you both try the following: 

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password app.
  2. Tap the account/collection icon on the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Autofill.
  4. Tap Display autofill prompts then tap Below the fields they relate to.
  5. Open your device settings, then tap Apps > 1Password > Force Stop.
  6. Reopen the 1Password for Android app


Do autofill suggestions or the Open 1Password button appear below the log-in fields for websites after you try these steps?

Ah frustratingly it has stopped working again also. I have tried the steps above and it didn't work.

    I'm sorry that you both continue to see the issue. So that our team can confirm if you're running into a known issue and investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

    Send a diagnostics report (Android)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

      It was working again, but have experienced it not working just now so have submitted the ticket.

      Hi Dave, 

      I have provided the diagnostics via email.

      Also I recently upgraded to a Pixel 9 and the autofill issues have gotten significantly worse. Now I can't even get 1Password autofill to work on this forum website in Chrome - it's completely non-functional.🤷🏾‍♂️

    Yeah its frustratingly schizophrenic.. have to keep entering inputs and cancelling multiple times to get the drop down to finally pop up.
