I received an email indicating this has been marked as the accepted answer.
This is incorrect and needs to be corrected immediately.
All three proposed solutions are reposts of previously attempted fixes that have failed to resolve the core issue.
Marking incomplete solutions as 'accepted' when the application remains non-functional is misleading to other users seeking actual working solutions.
Please revert this thread to unsolved status until a genuinely effective fix is provided. The community deserves accurate information about what actually works.
The thread should only be marked as resolved when the application achieves consistent, documented stability."

We've recently released improvements in the 1Password for Android beta version with an update that was released today (8.11.4-21), would you mind testing that out to see if it helps in your case?
You can find instructions here: Use 1Password beta releases

Hi Dave,
Unfortunately the behaviour is exactly the same, and non of my issues are resolved with this version.

I'm sorry that the improvements in the beta version don't help. Can you respond to the email that my colleague sent you on June 30th so that our support team can help further? My colleague sent you some steps as well as a couple of questions to better understand the situation.

Hhhmm, this feels like were going around in a loop. Nothing suggested so far has had any beneficial effect. And my time is precious.
Can we agree on this instead.
Build a working solution and test it before releasing it out to us to test? If this was a free app then perhaps I might be more amenable but it is not so going back and forth with no real solution insight makes no sense to me.
Regards.
