1Password autofill stopped working in Chrome for Android

I’m a member of the Community team at 1Password and wanted to jump in.

First, we know how frustrating it is when your password manager isn’t working. All of us working here also use 1Password, so we see the same bugs you do and want the experience to be as easy as possible.

Candidly, we don’t know yet if you’re all running into the same problem or different ones. Some of you might be running into a 1Password bug, others an app-specific or Android bug, while others just have a configuration issue that we can get corrected. 

To help us investigate this and get to the fastest resolution, please keep working with 1Password Technical Support over email so we can better track what’s going on. If you haven’t yet opened a support ticket, please contact us at support@1password.com so we can start working with you.

One last thing: We welcome feedback in the 1Password Community and it’s okay to share frustrations, but posts must still follow our community guidelines. Any posts that include profanity, threats, or aggressive language will be removed.
