4 years agoHey MonkeyHarp, thank you for doing those tests. I've downloaded and tested the app on my own Android device, where I confirm I see the same behaviour. The username does not fill, but the password does. Triggering Accessibility by long pressing > ⋮ > Autofill doesn't work either.
Unfortunately, many banking sites and apps impose password restrictions, and FirstBank doesn't seem to be any exception. In fact, 1Password even has https://blog.1password.com/an-open-letter-to-banks/, hoping to one day work in conjunction to update security measures for everyone.
As Preet kindly mentioned, you can use https://support.1password.com/getting-started-android/#drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-other-apps in the meantime to fill the username field.
