12 months agoThank you for the screenshot! Chrome doesn't allow password managers to show the inline filling menu in that kind of basic authentication prompt so you won't see a suggestion appear underneath the username/password field there as you would on a normal login page.
However, 1Password should still be able to fill your login with an extra step on your part. Try the following:
- Manually save your credentials for the website in question in a Login item in 1Password. Enter your username, password, and the website address of the page in question into the Login item.
- Navigate to the printer configuration page until you see the basic authentication login prompt.
- Click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
- Click on the Login item for your printer and then click Autofill. You credentials should be filled into the basic authentication prompt.
