1Password Chrome asks for password every time

My Chrome extension keeps asking me to input my 1password password each site I want to use it in, even though I have these settings:

Also, each time it pops up, I am asked both for the 1password password pwd and ALSO at the seme time for the Windows Hello log in.

What can I do?

    Hello foursc​! 

    I'm sorry that you're being continually prompted for your account password when using 1Password in the browser. Can you check the following in Chrome:

    1. Open your browser.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
    3. Make sure that "Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app" is on.


    If that still doesn't work then do you see a green dot in the browser settings page? Or a different coloured dot and an error message? And if you click on About in the browser settings page what version of 1Password do you see listed? 

    Can you also post a screenshot of the password prompt that you see? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.
