Hello @AntonioM! 👋

Thank you for the very detailed report! I've reproduced the same issue here on my end. It appears that the issue is limited to just certain fields, if I try to enter an accented letter into the main search field in the 1Password for Mac app that works fine.

I've filed an internal issue with our development team so that they can investigate this further. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that the issue has caused.
