1Password extension freezes the page on certain notifications

I'm sorry that you're running into an issue where a webpage can become unresponsive after saving a passkey. It sounds like you're running into an issue that our development team has already coded a fix for and is currently testing internally. Once the testing is complete, the fix will be released in a future update to 1Password.
