Hello, NomadUK. Thank you for writing in and for reporting this. I've tested the website and have been able to recreate the problem. I filed an issue for our development team and added you as an affected user for further investigation.

In the meantime, I'd suggest copying/pasting the username from 1Password or using the https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/#use-drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-apps feature from the 1Password extension pop-over. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
