1Password not accessible in login forms on web browser sporadically
Every few days, I lose the option to login in login forms in the browser on Mac. The 1Pass icon is missing from the login forms and I need to enter the app manually to get my information. Any help is appreciated.

You mentioned 12.2 I would highly recommend updating to the latest version 12.5 That may improve your overall experience. Apple Support - Keep your Mac up to date
