An interesting thing: I've checked a random page from StackOverflow, which doesn't have the wrong suggestions. Only a particular page I saw first is affected.
    Normal page , structure.
    Page with the problem, structure.

Also, I discovered the hard way that when you write a text without being logged in to this forum, you shouldn't trust the button "Post as..." which logs you in: it discards the content of the message you wrote after logging in, and you end up with a blank comment field again.

Hey @DmitryV, sorry about the suggestions in the comment fields on stackoverflow.com. Because I don't have a high rep, I'm unable to make a comment test things out. That said, I can still report the issue to our developers.

At this time, could you grab the following details from a page where the comment field and issue are present?

    1. Navigate to the page where the issue is present.
    2. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar.
    3. Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure.
    4. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
    5. Open the file to make sure no personal or sensitive information is collected.
    6. Attach the downloaded .json file to your next reply.

    Looking forward to your response!
