1Password refusing connection from Chrome Extension

Hello! I'm having this issue on only 1 of my PCs, and it does not occur on another PC with the same configuration (Same Chrome version, same 1Password desktop app version, same extension version). The 1Password Chrome extension is failing to connect to the desktop app, and falling back to the old method of authentication, and making me sign in directly to the extension. When I subsequently open up the 1Password desktop app, I get the error "1Password refused connection from untrusted app: chrome by Google LLC". This issue started suddenly, after the integration was working without issue on this PC for some time.

Chrome is at the latest version as of writing, 92.0.4515.107
Extension is version 2.0.5
1Password app is at 7.7.810

I've already tried rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app, uninstalling/reinstalling the extension, uninstalling/reinstalling Google Chrome completely, signing out of both the app and extension completely, and more reboots, but nothing seems to resolve it.

1Password Version: 7.7.810
Extension Version: 2.0.5
OS Version: Windows 10 20H2
Sync Type: Not Provided

Just replied to the email thread from back in July, unfortunately I'm still having this issue after updating to the latest app and extension.

Since you've already attempted all of the basic troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask you to grab some diagnostics and logs from your PC for us:

Send both the log and diagnostics to us at support+x@1password.com with a link to our current discussion. Someone from our team will have a look and let you know what we find.
