I'm sorry that you're still seeing the same issue. Could you try clearing Safari's history/cache to see if that makes a difference:

1. Open Safari.
2. Click Safari next to the  in the menu bar.
3. Click Clear History.
4. Select All History and then click Clear History.

If that still doesn't work then I'd like for you to reproduce the issue and send in some logs so that we can investigate further:

I'm sorry that you're not seeing rich icons when using 1Password for Safari. I haven't yet been able to reproduce the issue here on my end. Can you please try the following:

1. Open Safari.
2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in Safari's toolbar and click Settings.
3. Click Appearance.
4. Turn "Show app and website icons" off.
5. Turn "Show app and website icons" on.
6. Restart Safari.

If you still see the issue then let me know and I can help further.
