1Password stopped filling my credit card information

Fairly recently, my 1Password stopped letting me fill credit card information directly from the Safari extension. All the credit card information shows up, as if to be chosen, but the popup window ignores my click. In most cases I can open the small window and click Autofill, but sometimes opening the small window causes the browser window to close. Then I have to manually copy each section.

I'm using 1Password for Mac 8.12.5 and browser extension version 8.12.4.46. This started about the time the 8.12 upgrade was installed (or maybe an earlier one).

How can I get this to fill in my browser?
