Thank you for sharing the result of your discussion with our support team with the community. This is indeed a known issue that our team still has open to get fixed in the future.
For the time being, avoiding the use of pinned tabs in Safari will allow anyone affected to workaround the issue.

I'm sorry that item details aren't being rendered properly in 1Password for Safari. The next time that the issue occurs, so that I can investigate further and find a solution, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
