2 years agoHi Floraglezz - I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you're having. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
When you follow those steps to create a diagnostics report, a new email to support+forum@1password.com
will be created, with the report attached.
Before you press send, please add the following to the body of the email:
- A link to this thread:
url
- Your forum username:
username
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Looking forward to hearing from you and to helping further.
