1Password window disappearing

I'm on Mac 12.5.1, 1Password 8.9.4. After navigating away from focus on 1password, when I return to select or search for a password, the 1Password window, which is on top of other windows will often disappear. I thought it was crashing, but found it to be hiding below open windows of other apps. At first I thought I was inadvertently closing 1Password, but I'm not. Any help on what this behavior is?

    @DaveHuber

    I'd suggest updating macOS as a basic measure. 12.6 is available. Which browser are you using? I might suggest uninstalling/reinstalling 1Password in the browser. Though most describe the inverse of what you have.
