1password8 hangs on installation upgrade from 1password7 "Waiting for data to be moved. Don't quit.

Its been over a hour in this mood. Installation was started with 1password7 open. I do not have drop box. What to do next.? WT 1Password Version: 7.9.9 Extension Version: 70909000 OS V...
