1password8 safari requiring password every time

Everything with 1P8 was fine. Now for unknown reason, every time I need to autofill in safari it is demanding my password instead of letting me use my touchid. If I just open the regular 1P8 app, it prompts for touchid just fine. Problem ony in safari. I have doublechecked the touchid setting, reinstalled the extension, rebooted safari multiple times.
