1PUX Export Failed: Check your internet connection and try again.

Hi,

I'm trying to export in 1PUX format from all my Macs, but I always get the error:

Export Failed: Check your internet connection and try again.

And, yes, I did what you suggested:

  1. Click the  Apple menu > System Settings...
  2. Choose the Privacy & Security tab > Full Disk Access.
  3. Click the + add button and choose 1Password.app from the Applications folder in the dialog box that appears, and click Open.
  4. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen and click Quit. 

Then, I re-opened 1Password from your Applications folder and tried to export my items again, to no avail.

  • There is also another clearly connected issue. When I try to preview a PDF or JPG from the Documents category, the preview will not be shown with the error:

    Offline. Changes won't appear on your other devices until 1Password reconnects.

  • So, I created a 1Password diagnostics report from my Mac.

    I have attached the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With my email I have included:

    I have received a reply with a Support ID number.

      It seems to be a widespread issue...
