1PW 8 for Windows not updating to 8.6.1

I have noticed a similar issue as in this thread: https://1password.community/discussion/128346/1password-8-for-windows-constantly-has-an-update#latest

I have run the diagnostic and am about to send an email to support.

1Password Version: 8.6.0
Extension Version: 2.3.2
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 21H1 build 19043.1586

    As suggested in your email, after safe booting with networking, 8.6.1 installed.
    (You will need the BitLocker recovery key associated with your Microsoft account).
