1PW Extension for Safari wants to........do everything it seems!

After countless problems I had with the Safari 1PW extension in the past I turned everything to do with 1PW off, primarily because of the damn autofill box popping up and obscuring website dialogue b...

Great question. You can see a bit about our browser permissions that we request here: About 1Password browser permissions

In short, because 1Password for Safari needs the ability to "read" and modify the page to determine what needs to be filled and then perform the filling, it needs the permissions to read and alter the pages you're viewing.
