1pw opens and loads to sites correctly but I get an error message that the pw is not correct

I go to a site, enter my 1password, it opens and loads the user name and password into the fields. I then get an error message that the password is not correct. This is happening every time I try to log into a site. I have rebooted my macbook pro several times and problem has not been solved. Using Safari.

OS Version: catalina 10.15.7

    Hi @Pbs1015!

    Can you please confirm the version of the 1Password app and the 1Password browser extension that you are currently using? Also, is this happening with a specific website only, or on every website?
