1pwd ignores default vault setting

That setting applies only to the browser and autosave prompts. It does not apple to the Mac app. We have a feature request for a default vault within the Mac app. I'll let the team know this is something you'd like to see.

The Personal vault is the intended target in the Mac app unless you change the item location during creation.
