1Password TeamHey @BlackJack, thanks for reaching out. I'd like to ask you to check the time on your Windows device. Two-factor authentication is very time-sensitive so if the time on your device is off by a small amount it could cause the issue you're experiencing.
Head over to https://time.is/ to verify the time on your device.
If the time is off by more than 30 seconds, that would exceed the validity period of your one-time passwords and would explain the issue you're experiencing.
