80900001 on MacOS does not support 24 hour clock from system preferences

80900001, on BETA channel does not support 24 hour clock from system preferences,
it is a violation of Apple guidelines

My system is set to 24 hour clock, 1Password 8 ignores it:

1Password Version: 80900001
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: MacOS 12.5
Browser:_ Not Provided

    I just did some more digging, and it does seem like this is a behaviour we're aware of. Hopefully we can have it smoothed out in the future, so stay tuned for updates. 👍🏻
