Account with recovery code not found

Hi team, 

I am locked outside my account (I am the only family organizer user) after a password change yesterday. I followed all the suggested documents but no luck. My PC, laptop, and phone all logged out automatically the moment I changed my password and using the new password does not work for some reason, not sure what happened in the process.

When trying to use my recovery code I am keep getting the below "Account with recovery code not found" error. 

I do have a support ticket, but no one is reaching out, and I am not sure what should be the support ETA.
