Excellent ....almost there.......If I hover over it "blue graphic box with a ink line pen" "Download " appears to be a selective action. Is the photo located on 1P servers along with my vault or is it just a link to where I have it stored on my PC ie its location is on a separate data back up drive.
Thanks.

10 months agoWhen you attach a file to an item and then save the item, 1Password will upload that item to your 1Password account:
If the file is very small, or your internet connection is very fast, then you might only see a flash of the "Uploading..." message before the upload is complete. Once the upload is complete you'll see the following:
The file is now saved to your 1Password account, it's not just a link to the local item. If you see something different from the screenshots that I posted then please post a screenshot of what you see and I can help further.

michaelwayne It looks like you're in edit mode. You'll need to save the item by clicking on Save in the upper right corner of the item. This will add the file to the item in 1Password and upload it to your 1Password account in the cloud.

Hi, Yes that was in "edit" mode and of course subsequently in "non Edit mode" as shown here. When I place / hover mouse pointer on that field "non Edit mode" the field then shows "Download" on the right side.
I assume from this, that the copy is located in 1P and if I need it I just hit "Download"
