Add Document To Identity

So the description pretty much says it all. Is it not possible to add a document to an existing identity? When I attempt to add a new field, there is no option to choose a document. For example I ...

Hi there TechieBrad

You'll need to click the "+ add more" button, rather than "+ add another field", then "Attach a File", as shown here:

Try that instead and let me know how things go. :)
