Adding a passkey to an existing item renames it and adds another website entry

When you add a passkey to an existing vault item on iOS, it changes item's name to be the domain for which the passkey was added, and it also adds the domain as another website entry. For example, my...

iOS 17.2 was just released by Apple and it includes a fix for the issue where saving and signing in with passkeys using 1Password in iOS apps didn't work. You can find instructions on how to update here:
