After upgrading to version 8 Touch ID is not working anymore on Mac Studio.

After installing the new version 8 my Touch ID stopped working. I did set the opton in the preferences. Am I forgetting something? 1Password Version: 8.7.0 Extension Version: Not Provided ...

For clarification, do you have Unlocking your Mac enabled in System Preferences > Touch ID? It should be enabled. I figure it is but its always best to ask. Try disabling the option and then enable it. Then check 1Password.

Yet one other suggestion I have seen is to turn the keyboard off and then turn it back on. This was not related to 1Password but I found it in passing on an Apple community board.

A restart may also help matters.
