Allow setting the default save vault in app

There currently isn't a way to specify what vault you want new items to go to when you create them via the desktop app. All items go to private by default, and I would like to specify a shared vault instead. The browser extensions have this functionality, so it seems like it just needs to be extended to the desktop app
