Always offline

Ever since I upgraded to 8.10.8, my Chrome browser extension and Windows client both show offline. I've tried to click the cloud with the line through it, but it keeps saying 'Some changes could not...

Thanks ag_mike_d, I appreciate the direction. I've generated the diagnostics file and opened a case with support.
